RELATIONAL POSTERS: Shakespeare’s quotes
Some Shakespeare’s famous quotes are known for their beauty, some for their everyday truths and some for their wisdom. We often talk about Shakespeare’s quotes as things the wise Bard is saying to us, but some of his most thoughtful words are spoken by the fools. This is a set of relational posters that represents the famous quotes of William Shakespeare’s plays. The general classification of Shakespeare’s plays are tragedies, comedies, and histories, according to the First Folio that is the 1623 published collection of William Shakespeare’s plays. However,  some critics classify them as tragedies, comedies, and tragicomedies. His tragedies and comedies are defined by an identifiable set of tropes and characteristics. The tragicomedies combine these characteristics, usually by providing a comic situation that delves into darker topics and ends unresolved. While tragicomedies often do not address truly tragic circumstances, the humor tends to be darker, and the characters tend to be less likable. The endings do not include the death of most major characters like in a tragedy, but they do not include a joyful happily-ever-after comedy ending either. Each poster represents each classification: tragedies, comedies, and tragicomedies.

Each bubble displays quotes of Shakespeare’s famous quote. Each poster has four plays. The bubbles are randomly distributed in the 4 X 6 grid.
